Regardless of on-field success (or a lack thereof), there is no denying Tottenham are fast becoming one of the biggest clubs in the world.

With a huge following, a state-of-the-art stadium, and a tightly run ship when it comes to the commercial side of things.

For that, at least, Daniel Levy should take some credit. Indeed, as per Deloitte, Spurs are now the eighth richest club in world football, with only Manchester United, Manchester City, and Liverpool above them out of the Premier League.

That report marked Tottenham’s revenue as roughly €631m (£538m), but new figures from Forbes shed further light on just how valuable Spurs may actually be.

How much is Tottenham Hotspur Football Club worth?

The report from Forbes has Spurs in eighth place, with a value of $3.2bn, which equates to roughly £2.5bn. That’s up a huge 14% from last year, far eclipsing the increases for the likes of Chelsea, PSG, Bayern Munich, and Manchester City.

Spurs are thought to have an operating income of $161m, which equates to around £126m per year.

The Lilywhites are above Chelsea and Arsenal in the top 10, but find themselves behind PSG by quite some distance. The French club are seventh, and are worth $4.4bn.

Bayern Munich are sixth ($5bn), Man City fifth ($5.1bn), Liverpool fourth ($5.37bn), Barcelona third ($5.6bn), and Manchester United are way out in second at $6.55bn. Real Madrid top the list with a value of $6.6bn (£5.18bn).

Spurs Web Opinion

This just goes to show that we could and should be competing with the very biggest and best clubs around, and we have to start putting that money into the squad to take us to the next level.
