Another player they could target is Chelsea right-back and captain Reece James.
Real Madrid, who have long admired James, won’t pursue a right-back this summer since it’s not high on their list of priorities, according to Diario AS.
However, if the Englishman can overcome his knee problems in the upcoming year, Los Blancos may try to pursue a transfer in 2025.
The Chelsea defender has been linked to the La Liga giants on many occasions in the past.
The Spanish club need a new right-back with both Dani Carvajal and Lucas Vazquez 32-year-old and past their peak.
For James to get the big move to Real Madrid, he would first have to prove his fitness to the La Liga champions.
The England international has regular suffered injury issues in his career and he has failed to get a long run in the team.

James could be reunited with his former Chelsea teammate Antonio Rudiger at the Santiago Bernabeu if Real move ahead with their interest.
