[Men's Soccer] Men's Soccer Takes Down Eagles 2-1

Notre Dame, Ind. The Holy Cross College men's soccer team, riding a four-game win streak, hosted the Eagles of Judson University this afternoon. This was both teams first Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference matchup. Today's match also featured an alumni and TOPSoccer Youth day. Men's soccer found themselves down 1-0 after the first half. Daniel Lynch was able to tie the game up 1-1 off a cross from Axel Valenzuela in the 70th minute. Less than a minute later, Axel Valenzuela score the game-winning goal in the 71st minute. With the win, the Saints improve their win streak to five games and are 5-1 and 1-0 in CCAC play while Judson falls to 2-5 and 0-1.
