IFAB are meeting in the Spring and will propose 5 second restarts from goal kicks and throw ins which Sky Sports say will “effectively end the trend of long throws”
What are people’s thoughts? It’s a yes from me…the ball being dead for so long so often is so infuriating…get the ball back in play ASAP
