John Lodge

So sorry to hear that he has died. John and me worked at Parkinson Cowan and prior to Christmas 1966 he fold me that the band he played with we’re going professional and he was undecided. I said he should do it, work was not difficult to find in those days. John didn’t know that I was planning, and did, give up my job at the end of the year and go skiing in Austria.
I like to think that my advice had some influence on his subsequent life with The Moody Blues.
Never met him after Christmas 1966 but did go to an MB concert in Bristol.
