I know there have been technical glitches, and that’s so frustrating. Also, long queues on the telephone line. However, the call back facility worked very well for me today. Too well, in fact, as I made a contingent 2nd call.
I received two call-backs, one at 6.30pm and another at 8.50pm. The staff are obviously very committed and working late. They were also very helpful & solved issues quickly.
Credit where it’s due. Excellent customer service under difficult circumstances. I told them so.
