Excuse the ignorance but I can’t understand how Everton can be breaching this rule so much whilst only 1 other team breaks the rules.

Have we really spent spent so much more over what we have been bringing in compared to everyone else in the league? Large fan base, good sales ect…

I appreciate how ignorant this post is and how I should know this but I’ve just genuinely never looked deep enough
