Noisemaker-NFHS

Good Evening….we play middle school in my area under Federation rules and I was wondering if I am missing the prohibition of artificial noisemakers at soccer games under a ruling. I scoured my rulebook, but could find nothing. I had a referee report of a middle school game with a bugler today.

(that was not his only complaint)
