Watching MOTD seeing how many players now try and defend a ball into the box with their hands behind their back to avoid a handball. My understanding of the rule is that your arm shouldn’t be in an unnatural position? From memory, trying to run, jockey or tackle with your arms behind your back would have felt pretty unnatural!
