For some reason I posted in the Politics forum ????
However help me out here. Companies House is today showing just shy of 60M quid statement of capital following an allotment of shares…. I’m assuming that shares for debt rather than an influx of new capital…. However that’s a lot of debt to be written off…. I’m working on it all being linked to Vong Pech increased share ownership….. could someone more clues up than I confirm ?
