number 10 in a 442 which still makes him the striker just playing off a target man ...we don't play a 442.

I'm thinking Henry and Bergkamp, Zola at Chelsea, Di Canio, that sort of role ideal for Roofe but as you say we dont do that.

Tyler Roberts imo is a very similar player to Roofe.

He had never played the role he is now before and is slowly learning, why can't Roofe?

Good players can adapt if they have the skill set
