NCAA D-I Council approves rule that will limit recruiting contact to start of junior year
The NCAA Division I Council passed legislation Wednesday that would prohibit college coaches — exception being football and basketball — from communicating with recruits prior to Sept. 1 of a prospect's junior year in high school.
