So rumours are that our own Mr Dong will not sack SC as he was the one that appointed him and does not want to lose face in front of his employers. Apparently it's a Chinese thing?

Genuinely don't know as I don't know or have never worked with the Chinese but surely being adrift at the bottom of the league and sticking by the manager that you employed, shows both a lack of knowledge firstly within the initial appointment and secondly a lack of ability to take decisive action to rectify the situation?

I just don't get it.
