UIPM to test new fencing systems for LA28
GENEVA, Feb. 20 (Xinhua) -- Modern pentathlon's international governing body UIPM on Monday announced plans to test a single-elimination format for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Games.
UIPM's Athletes Committee, Coaches Committee and Technical Committee held an annual joint meeting in Frankfurt, Germany, from February 16 to 18, and proposed three options for the fencing discipline to the UIPM Executive Board.
