[Men's Swimming] Cumberlands Leads After Day One of MSC Men's Swimming & Diving Championships
KINGSPORT, Tenn. - Cumberlands (Ky.) sits atop the team leaderboard following the first day of the Mid-South Conference Men's Swimming and Diving Championships at the Kingsport Aquatic Center.
The Patriots tallied 303 points on the first day to lead. Cumberlands won four events on Thursday night. The Patriots 400 yard medley relay team of Jokubas Jankauskas, Leon Irmer, Thomas Holzkamm and Andres Caicedo set the meet record with a time of 3:19.48. Cumberlands started the evening winning the 200 free relay with a time of 1:23.44. Caicedo (200 IM) and Ruben Gonzalez De Oliveria (50 free) also captured conference titles on the first day.
