Re: Diving / feigning injury
Sadly many "professional" footballers think it's OK and just part of the game. I give some credit to Lukaku (I think) for waving the other day when he dived over the goalie to signal no foul.
That said there have been exponents of the dive in the English game for as long as I can remember i.e. back to the 70s and the likes of Fanny Lee.
I get more narked by players, managers and coaches waving imaginary cards to try and goad the ref into giving a yellow or red card or now drawing rectangles with their hands to push for a VAR review.
They are ruining football as a spectacle and the only way you'll deal with it is through a zero tolerance approach.
