How Stanford women dominated NCAA swimming for 2nd straight year
This is starting to look like a dynasty. After finishing second, third and second in the NCAA championships starting in 2014, the Stanford women’s swimming and diving team has won two straight NCAA championships.
Ask the Alabama football team how tough it is to stay on top when everybody predicts you’re going to roll to the national title.
“No one on our team is complacent,” said junior Ella Eastin, who won three individual titles and two relays and was named Swimmer of the Meet at the NCAA championships last weekend. “Being around such inspirational and dedicated people definitely has helped me as an individual and helped push our team as a whole.
