Padel, cycling, café, community: Lime Park by INEX opens in Paphos
INEX has opened Lime Park in Geroskipou, Paphos, a new place for sport, free time and meeting people. Created as part of the wider INEX ecosystem, Lime Park is designed as a space people can return to again and again – for training, games with friends, food, events and everyday activity.
The park brings together several key directions in one place. Its infrastructure includes Lime Padel, WAY Bikes, one more RAY location and a large children’s playground planned to open soon. Together, these elements make Lime Park an important and growing point on the map of Paphos.
“For us, projects like Lime Park are part of a bigger strategy. We create places that bring value to people, to the city and to everyday life,” said INEX CEO Sergey Kudryavtsev. “We believe real development should support community, movement and the growth of the area around it. Lime Park is exactly about that.”
Lime Padel includes six professional padel courts made in Spain and built to Professional Padel Association (PPA) standards, coaching for adults and children, and facilities that make regular visits easy and comfortable, including showers, locker rooms and parking. The club is also set to grow further, with additional covered courts planned in the future.
Lime currently has three professional international coaches from different countries. The club also runs a children’s padel school, and the coaching team is growing in line with demand.
Padel is growing fast, and more people in Cyprus are getting interested in it. With Lime, INEX wanted to create a space that works for different people – those who already play, those who want to start, families looking for activities for children and people who simply want a good place to spend time.
Lime also has a strong community side. Lime will host events and tournaments, giving people more reasons to come back regularly and making the space active beyond daily games and training sessions.
WAY Bikes is also one of the key parts of Lime Park. Already established in Limassol as a famous bike commmunity, WAY is now expanding to Paphos with a new location offering a shop, mechanic services and everything needed for riders.
Another part of the park is RAY, adding one more point on the Cyprus map for food and coffee. A large children’s playground of around 1,000 sq.m is also planned to open soon, adding another layer to the park and making it stronger as a place for daily life, sport activities and family time.
“At Lime, we always take a professional approach to what we do. Today, we have six courts, three professional international coaches, a children’s padel school and a team that continues to grow with demand,” said Lime Park CEO Viacheslav Kuznetsov. “We believe padel can unite people through sport, and that is exactly what we want to build here in Paphos.”
For INEX, this project is a natural part of a bigger idea: creating places people really use in daily life. Lime Park is a place to meet, move, relax and spend time well, and it will continue to develop over time.
