2025 Rising Stars ID Camp

Ontario Cycling will be hosting a Rising Stars Track Talent Identification Camp on Saturday November 8. The camp will be focused on developing athletes primarily in the U15 category but will be open to newer athletes in the U17 category (i.e. those not attending the Advanced Skills Clinics).  The camp will serve as an opportunity to both introduce athletes to the type of training conducted at the Ontario Track Academy and assess athletes for invitation to attend the upcoming 3-part Rising Stars Camp Series. 

Rising Stars ID Camp Registration 

Rising Stars Camp Dates (Invite Only – Must attend and be selected at Rising Stars ID Camp) 

• December 13 (Standing Start/Sprint) 

• January 10 (Team Pursuit)  

• February 21 (Omnium) 

The themes of the camps are based on the corresponding OCup/Provincials in order to provide athletes with additional opportunities to learn the appropriate skills/strategies required to put forth their best effort at races. 

*Each camp will include a sport science education workshop and/or video session.  The cost per camp will be $60. 

Athlete Requirements* 

• Aged 13-17 in 2026 (exception considered on a case by case basis) 

• OC Membership (UCI/Compete/Challenge) 

• Milton Track Certified 

• Previous race experience at OC Youth Track Development Series, Provincial Championships, or NCIM Race Nights  

• Committed to racing 2025-2026 OCups & Provincial Championships
