Sessions this weekend

Inner Ring

Assuming the weather stays dry, Inner Ring will be on track bikes.

If you don’t have a track bike and want to join in the track session, just turn up as normal at 8.45am with your regular bike and the coaches will sort out the track group at the start of the session.

If you need to borrow a bike, then the loan track bikes will be setup with flat pedals and toe clips with straps, we won’t have time for pedal changes so please bring trainers along if you use clipless pedals on your road bike.

Outer ring

Outer Ring will be on road bikes.

All riders please bring a water bottle and snack, and use sun screen if needed.
