0 8

We don’t often see Niner Bikes on the trails in the UK but that may be about to change as they move to selling direct to the public.

Niner Bikes press release:

NINER BIKES ADDS DIRECT-TO-RIDER SALES MODEL ADDING CONVENIENCE AND PERSONAL TOUCH TO PURCHASING EXPERIENCE

Niner Bikes, a leading innovator in the mountain and gravel bike industry, today announced the launch of their Direct-to-Rider approach to provide customers with an improved purchase experience while cementing the brand’s continued commitment to the European market. The new model redefines how riders will buy Niner’s high-quality bikes, while enhancing convenience and overall rider experience.

With a focus on improving access to their lineup of premium bikes, Niner’s Direct-to-Rider approach allows consumers to directly engage with the brand, streamlining the purchase process and delivering to them a premium bike that is assembled in Europe and delivered direct from Niner’s European facility.

“Our primary focus is to ensure our riders have convenient access to purchase a Niner and receive unparalleled rider service and product support that only Niner representatives can provide,” said Jeff Weiss, General Manager of Niner. “The new model will allow customers a direct line to our staff to help through the purchase process and beyond.”

Key benefits of Niner’s Direct-to-Rider model include:

  1. Brand Connection: Interacting directly with riders fosters a more personal relationship and allows for deeper communication about Niner’s brand values, product stories and rider needs.
  2. Convenience: Riders can enjoy hassle-free purchasing and prompt delivery of their new Niner bike directly to their door.
  3. Exceptional Support: Niner is committed to providing an incredible rider experience, offering expert guidance throughout the purchasing process and comprehensive after-sales support to ensure absolute rider satisfaction.

“We’ve been listening to our riders, who are looking for a better value and more convenience when purchasing their Niner bike,” said Duncan McCann, EU Manager of Niner. “We’re committed to supporting our European customers and the new Direct-to-Rider model is one way we’re proving our dedication to being in the region.”

Niner’s transition to a Direct-to-Rider model represents a paradigm shift in how the brand does business and reflects their commitment to providing an exceptional experience for Niner riders.
