Campy 1010A Dropouts Early Seventies? 80's repaint

Please help me identify this frame if you can. It has English threads, Campy 1010a dropouts and no helical coils in the steerer tube. Maybe modified Prugnat lugs? They seem to be cut deeper (larger) and the seat lug has a cut out on the bottom tang. Nothing cut or stamped into the BB. The most unusual detail to me is the length and depth of the interior chainstay crimping. It has nice but obviously not original paint, there are flecks of yellow and a grayer than Celeste possible primer coat I have seen before.
Frame was not pinned. Lightweight, but small (47 1/2 cm ctt) I can't judge. Small frame size shouldn't affect chainstay crimp length, right? Bob Jackson, Raleigh?
