help me find LONG pull reverse brake levers

Where can I find LONG pull TT reverse style brake levers [bar end] that will work well on bullhorn/pursuit style bars? (most list as specifically "short" pull) They are to be used on vintage bikes with Mafac racer or Dia Compe 'caliper' style brakes?
