Drive side crank arms?

Is it possible to buy just the crank arm on the drive side without buying the whole crank set? I have a Claris crank arm that stripped out because I guess I just didn't torque the pedal enough. Still has 1/3-1/2 of the threads but the chain rings are still new. Can't justify buying new rings with the arm!
