Eking out rear end compliance

I have a very non-compliant bike and am quite light. Id like (a lot) more rear end compliance but am unsure about where to start. I have a very supple 28mm (measures 30) rear tire and I usually run it between 50-65psi. I have an aero post so a suspension post is a no-go.
