What is this Peugeot?

I saw this bike and quick snapped a pic of it.

I don't know anything about Peugeot so I decided to post a quick thread about it to see if anyone knows what it is.

It looks like an interesting bike from maybe the late 70's?

If i see it again I'll try to get some more pics.
