Brake level salvageable???

I have a set of traditional non-STI road brakes levers that I recently replaced on one bike. On one of the levers, the small spring that retracts the lever is gone. But it's otherwise in OK condition. Just wondering if anyone can suggest a way to get 'a' spring back in there so that I might salvage...
