Quick Mount/Release Front Fender

Not much use for fenders out here in sunny SoCal, but when it does rain or the streets are wet and puddled, I don't want to get soaked. All my bikes are outfitted with racks, so I got that one covered. Seeking a quick mount/release front fender that will do the job. Thanks in advance!
