You have to ride the Silver Comet/Chief Ladiga Trail!!
My first solo unsupported overnight trip!! One of the reasons I got the Lynskey GR 260 gravel bike was to do rides like this. I put a rear rack off the tandem on it along with a Blackburn bag.
Since this entire trail is paved I swapped the 35 tires for 28s.
I HIGHLY recommend riding this...
