smart color changing light bulbs... any recommendations?

I am looking for one bulb, for one installation... in the front entry area that also serves as a stairway up and down the two levels of my home.

I don't want to use Alexa, or Cordata or Siri to turn on the light. I don't want a whole house full of smart lights.
