CF road bike on trainer?

Have only been using my MTN bike on mag trainer. Concerned about stress on rear stays and dropouts on CF bike frame. With Zwift and many other choices to make indoor riding more enjoyable, I am beginning to think about it again. Anybody had problems with CF bike using wheel on trainer?
