Replacement Rear Wheel for my QR

I am looking for a price sensible rear wheel replacement that i can use for my indoor trainer as i train for the NOLA HIM. Currently have an Alex270 on my QR bike. But looking for a price right/sensible rear wheel that I can buy online.
