Gambit A wins the Luxembourg Cup!

After getting the second place in the Luxembourg teams championship, Gambit A won the Luxembourg cup!

Our players eliminated Echternach, Strassen and Differdange A to win the final against Luxembourg 1915. Many thanks to GM Petar Genov, GMF Narmin Khalafova, Slobodan Filipovic, Cédric Reymann, Geoff Stern (captain in the final), Jan Bednarich, Oskar Bjarnason, Antoine Ellis and Steve Dishman, who all contributed to this achievement by taking part in the different stages of the competition.

The other Bonnevoie team competing in the event, Bonnevoie B, reached the semifinals. Three more Bonnevoie teams played in the Cup de la Fédération, with Bonnevoie A reaching the semifinals.
