Once again a good turnout, especially when you take in the fantastic weather we are having!
THEY THINK IT`S ALL OVER…IT IS NOW!
Congratulations to Rishi Vijayakumar J10 who once again proved to strong finishing in top spot on the night and now can’t be caught with one event to go! Mind you he did lose in the 2nd round to Keith Rose! (you could just hear that Cher song in the back ground… ”If I could turn back time!”)
Rishi has now added the Castlehill Quick-Play title to his ever growing trophy list! He is still in the Random Knockout so who knows how many he will end up with!
Speaking of Keith Rose, he finished in equal 2nd place along with Saranraj Gururaj; Vladislav Drabych J17; Max Whisson J15 & Ray Noble.
There were a few shock results over the 8 rounds:
Round 1: Leo Devisme J12 beating Vladislav! (Shock of the night and well played Leo!)
Round 2: Keith beating Rishi & Colin Young beating Euan Murray!
Round 5: Sean Lewis J13 beating Colin Young!
Round 6: Max Whisson J15 beating Saranraj Gururaj!
Round 8: Max Whisson beating Keith Rose & Ray Noble Beating Vladislav!

2nd= Keith Rose; Saranraj Gururaj; Vladislav Drabych; Ray Noble & Max Whisson J15 5pts
7th = Euan Murray; Ramit Kanodia J14; Steve Binks & Sean Lewis J13.
In all we had seven juniors playing with 3 juniors in the top 3 places in the overall standings!
