The FIDE World Fischer Random Chess Championship takes place in Reykjavik 25th to 30th October 2022. The event starts tomorrow with two pools of four. Pool A Wesley So, Ian Nepomniachtchi, Nodirbek Abdusattorov and Hjorvar Steinn Gratarsson. Pool B Magnus Carlsen, Hikaru Nakamura, Vladimir Fedoseev and Matthias Bluebaum. I won't be doing much in the way of coverage as I can't display the games but will try and have a file for download.
