104th British Chess Championships 2017 - Games and Results
The 104th British Chess Championships took place in Llandudno, Wales, 29th July to 6th August 2017. Leading players: David Howell, Gawain Jones, Luke McShane, Jonathan Hawkins, Nicolas Pert, James Adair, Mark Hebden etc. There was a four way tie on 7/9 leading to a rapid tie-break. Gawain Jones beat Craig Hanley in the first round and Luke McShane in the final to take the title.
