Oscar-winner and American acting icon Tom Hanks will be leading an upcoming documentary from NBC titled The Americas that will take viewers on a journey from “Alaska to the Amazon.” The Hanks-narrated series will run for 10 episodes and showcase some of the longest migrations on Earth and “previously untold natural stories,” according to NBC .
