Robert Whittaker held serve of his contender status at middleweight when he turned back replacement opponent Ikram Aliskerov in the UFC on ABC 6 main event.
Former champion Whittaker (26-7 MMA, 17-5 UFC) earned a first-round knockout victory over Aliskerov (15-2 MMA, 2-1 UFC) in the headlining bout at Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and now is back in the conversation to fight for the belt he once held again down the line.
