Christine Ross and Christina Garibaldi, hosts of Us Weekly's Royally Us podcast, talked about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's upcoming book and show on the streaming giant Netflix. There were reports that the contents of the book and docuseries have inconsistencies.
"There's a lot of conversations about consistency and stories. This is going to be especially with that Netflix docuseries coming up, the book coming up, all the recent interviews that Meghan has been doing," Ross said, Express reported.
"People are going to start either connecting the dots and everything's going to be consistent or they're going to start finding holes," she continued. "I think there's a big microscope on Meghan and Harry right now, so I'm hopeful that they could have gotten their story together."
Garibaldi agreed with her co-host. She believed that the projects "could be a make or break situation" for the royal couple.
"Definitely, I feel like this could be a make or break situation for the two of them depending on how well the public receives the book, how well people receive this Netflix documentary," Garibaldi said.

Did Prince Harry Contradict Meghan Markle's Words In His Memoir?
In October, there were reports that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle wanted to push back both his memoir and their Netflix docuseries. They reportedly wanted to alter the content and make it more friendly to the royals.
However, an insider claimed that the filmmakers were confused because there were conflicting statements from the couple.
"A lot in the show contradicted what Harry has written, so that was an issue," an anonymous senior Netflix source told Page Six. "Then Harry and Meghan made significant requests [to filmmakers] to walk back content they themselves have provided for their own project."
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex reportedly wanted to stall the docuseries until next year. However, another insider claimed that the streaming giant wanted to push the project later this year as they wanted it to tie with The Crown.
So, the Sussexes reportedly have to edit the content on their end because it will also take weeks for Netflix to edit the content and translate them into several languages.
"Netflix needs a couple of months to do all of the formatting and dubbing, subtitling and audio — all of that stuff that enables it to launch on the platform," the source from Netflix added.
