Quinn Cook Loses To A Fan
Only a shooting contest but still. What a lucky guy
This is pretty seriously great: Quinn Cook was hanging out somewhere and got into a shooting contest with a fan.
The basic shot was long, deep and outdoors and in order to hit it you had to clear a tree.
Each guy got three attempts and the first five missed. It’s particularly funny to watch because all the NBA stuff got stripped away: Cook looked like a skinny high school kid. It’s such a ridiculous shot - over a tree - that he gave up on form and just chucked it.
After his last shot, he turns and starts to walk away as if no one could ever hit that shot and of course the guy nails it brilliantly.
Cook hears the reaction and his head whips around in shock as the video ends.
The guy not only beat an NBA player in a basketball competition - tree be damned - he also won courtside tickets and has a story to tell for the rest of his life. Hard to beat that.
