[Men's Basketball] MBB places 16 as Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - (NAIA Release) - The NAIA released its 2019 Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes for men's basketball and 16 student-athletes from the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) were honored.

Nominees must have achieved at least a 3.5 cumulative grade point average (GPA) at their institution. In order to be nominated by an institution's head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport and have attended two full years as a non-transfer or one full year as a transfer.

Rochester leads the WHAC with five honorees on the list while Indiana Tech and Madonna each placed three. Aquinas had two named while Cornerstone, Lourdes, and Siena Heights each had one.
