The preseason comes down to this: The 3-1 Toronto Raptors against the 0-4 New Orleans Pelicans in a game so unimportant, neither team is televising it!

On the news front, the Raptors will be without Delon Wright, who “tweaked something” in his right leg in last night’s win over Brooklyn. Wright’s had a great preseason so hopefully it’s nothing serious. Meanwhile, Norman Powell will miss his second straight game as he recovers from his own leg injury.
As for the non-injured Raptors, well, lots of them are getting the night off too: Kawhi Leonard, Fred VanVleet, Kyle Lowry, Jonas Valanciunas, Serge Ibaka, and Danny Green are out for “rest.”
That means lots of time for the young guys! OG Anunoby will get his second straight start, as Nick Nurse says the team intends to give Anunoby the time he needs to shake the rust off. It also means Greg Monroe gets his first start in a Raptors jersey!
Pelicans have declared they’re playing their “main rotation” tonight, so look for a good dose of Anthony Davis, Jrue Holiday and Nikola Mirotic, not to mention new addition Julius Randle.
