[Baseball] UAV Gains Ground in Cal Pac Standings

Headlined by the showdown between No. 18 Antelope Valley and second-place Benedictine-Mesa, each California Pacific Conference series played over the weekend had plenty of stellar performances.  UAV won two out of three against BenU, widening the Pioneers' lead over the Redhawks to three and half games.  Third-place Marymount California, needing to create some separation from fourth-place Simpson, did just that by taking three our four on the road against the Red Hawks, moving the Mariners three games in front of the SU in the Cal Pac standings.  La Sierra won the first two games of a three-game set with Providence Christian before losing to the Sea Beggars in the finale on Friday.
