Iorizzo: A fun run in sports writing comes to an end
Have I told you about the time I was standing outside a Philadelphia hotel in the middle of a cold November night wearing nothing but gym shorts?
The Saints had lost a surprisingly competitive contest at Pennsylvania that, it turned out, foretold a pretty good 2005-06 season, the first of former coach Fran McCaffery's tenure.

Twelve years later, I've tried on a few different job titles, and much has changed in sports journalism.
