Borderlands 4 vs 3: What Went Horribly Wrong

With all news on Borderlands 4 being so badly optimized for PC I thought I just had to try it and not only that, test it on two mid-range GPUs (the RTX 5060 Ti and RX 9060 XT), but also compare it graphically and performance wise... to... it's predecessor and easy comparison (at least I thought so).
