New Orleans Pelicans' Tony Allen out 3-4 weeks with fibula fracture

NEW ORLEANS (AP) -- The New Orleans Pelicans say guard Tony Allen has been diagnosed with a fibula fracture in his left leg and is expected to miss three to four weeks.
