Tong, Wenninger Post Strong Outings for Syracuse

Sometimes you are the broom and sometimes you get the broom. Triple-A Syracuse was swept by Buffalo in a doubleheader. Double-A Binghamton beat Somerset twice, capping it off with a walk-off homer in the second game. High-A Brooklyn remains winless and Low-A St. Lucie (they were rained out) will have a chance to get out the brooms on Saturday.

The Mets were held to five singles and hit into three double plays.

Wenninger has given up one run in nine innings over two starts.
