2025 Mets Stat Leaders

0 2

2025 will be looked back on as a massive disappointment in franchise history. However, outside of the failure to make the postseason, many individual players either enjoyed career years or led the league (or close to it) in respective stat categories (sometimes for better or for worse).

While it’s important to point out the positive, it’s also noteworthy to view the other side as well to get the full picture for a season like the 2025 Mets.

***Editor’s Note: While José Azocar technically is the Mets’ batting average leader with a .278, he only appeared in 12 games. We’ll only be looking at qualified players for this article.***

Kodai Senga started 22, Griffin Canning 16, Tylor Megill 14, Sean Manaea 12, Nolan McLean eight, Frankie Montas seven, Jonah Tong five, Brandon Sproat four and Paul Blackburn four.

***While we said we would be looking only at qualified players, it would be a bit boring to just have Holmes and Peterson as the only recipient for stats. We will put the leader + Holmes or Peterson’s stats for starters.***
