The South Siders look to take a series from the Halos
The West Coast road trip is already off to a hot start, so let’s see if the guys can keep the momentum going by winning the first series of the trip.
First — a few moves. Dan Altavilla will be out for a couple of weeks and will be replaced by Owen White. Ryan Noda is now Baltimore’s problem.

White Sox social media also celebrated red-hot Colson Montgomery, who is a rising star in baseball.

Now onto the lineup.
Aaron Civale (2-6) will be on the mound tonight. Civale seems to be trending up, despite the 4.41 ERA. We’ll also see a slew of home run hitters tonight, with the young guys all throughout.

As for the Angels, our former North Side neighbor Kyle Hendricks gets the start. Hendricks (6-7) will likely be a good match for Civale, and the bats, with an ERA of 4.73. He has 70 strikeouts, but is not the professor he used to be.
