• Julio reflected on his decision to forgo attending this year’s All-Star Game festivities, and revealed that he’s adopted a new tee drill that appears to be clicking with him.
• The Mariners have finalized signings with 18 of 21 players from their 2025 draft class.
• Mariners legend Dee Strange-Gordon was on the Raw Room podcast earlier this week and fired off a pretty hefty accusation at MLB for a phone call he received at the end of 2015, and a his later PED suspension in 2016 while he was with the Marlins.

• The Cleveland Guardians are apparently listening to trade offers for their two top relievers, Emmanuel Clase and Cade Smith, seemingly signaling an intention to sell at the upcoming deadline.

• Matt Gage, originally drafted by the Giants in 2014, has been called up to the Major League roster a couple weeks after signing a minor league deal to return to the Giants.
• Phillies third baseman Alec Bohm was placed on the 10-day IL yesterday with a fractured rib, and injury seemingly suffered when he was hit by 92 mph from Yu Darvish last weekend.
• The Baltimore Orioles have clearly run afoul of a lesser Eldritch god who clearly has no respect for catching as a profession.
